3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1)The bidder has a valid business license (bidder from within the territory of P.R.C.)/operation license (bidder from outside the territory of P.R.C.), and a copy of the corresponding certificate is required;
2)The bidder must be a manufacturer or an equipment agent; if the bidder is an equipment agent, sole authorization letter for the bid from the manufacturer is required;
3)From January 1, 2017 to January 1, 2022 (subject to the date of contract sign-ing), bidding product shall have running performance of at least one set of au-tomatic backwash filter in VRDS unit. The performance table, a copy of the contract (including at least the contract signing time, plant name,equipment name, user name, signature page, scope of supply page) and drawings are required. If the performance proof materials provided in the bid document do not meet the above requirements, it will be considered as invalid performance.
4)Among bidder"s past supply performances of backwash filters in VRDS unit, there have been no instances of reduced capacity or reduced residue ratio due to equipment failure, and there have been no instances of online equipment rectification due to breakage or detachment. A letter of commitment is required.
5)The bidder is not in the period of risk suspension or default suspension given by Sinopec, and the on-site inquiry of the bidder on the date of bid opening shall prevail.
6)The Bidder shall provide the bank reference letter issued within three 3 months prior to the time of bid opening in original or its copy;
7)The bidder needs to register and verifications before the tender on www.ebnew.com or www.chinabidding.com.
8)The consortium will not be accepted.
