Qualifications or Performance:(1) The manufacturer shall have experience in manufacturing similar equipment and have sales performance. Manufacturers in China have agents or maintenance agencies to provide long-term maintenance services for products. The equipment recommended by the bidder should be mature and reliable. Since January 2018, there must be more than 10 sales records of TEG Prober, and the user reflects well (the bidder needs to provide the performance evidence of contract or purchase order).(2) once the bid is awarded, the bidder must sign the contract with the Tenderee. If the bidder does not have the ability to sign a contract with the Tenderee, his bid will be rejected.
