3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Where a legal person or other organization from the People"s Republic of China or a country or region having normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China meets the following conditions, other than meeting the requirements of qualified tenderers as set out in paragraph 2.2 of Chapter 1, notes to tenderers, book I, of the 2014 edition of international competitive tender documents for procurement of electrical and mechanical products, prepared by the division of Electrical, Mechanical and Ministry of Commerce of the People"s Republic of China Industries, the following conditions shall also be met: 1 the manufacturer may participate in the tender independently, the manufacturer in the customs territory shall have a valid business license, and the manufacturer outside the customs territory shall be legally registered in the host country. The national general agent or agent of the bidding products may also participate in the bidding.
