3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) the manufacturer shall have experience in manufacturing similar equipment and have sales performance. The manufacturer has an agent or maintenance organization in China and can provide long-term maintenance service guarantee for the products. The equipment recommended by the bidder shall be mature and reliable. Since January 2015, there must be sales records of more than 10 sets of equipment of the same type, and the user has reported good results (the tenderer shall provide performance data and attach the sales contract or purchase order or letter of acceptance or other data that can prove the sales performance. If the tenderer fails to provide supporting data or the supporting data provided cannot prove that the performance meets the bidding requirements, the performance shall be deemed invalid) (definition of equipment of the same type: flexible automatic pattern test equipment in cell section).
