BC Assessment requires a qualified Contractor to provide janitorial cleaning services for its Nanaimo office located at 901-5800 Turner Road, Nanaimo, B.C. V9T 6J4. The space is 10,164 sq. ft.
in area and has on average 55 staff.
BC Assessment anticipates entering into a 2-year contract with the selected Proponent with two 2-year options to renew on substantially the same terms and conditions, at BC Assessment’s sole
discretion.
MANDATORY SITE VISIT:
All Contractors submitting proposals must schedule a tour of the office space and familiarize themselves with the office layout, finishes etc. prior to submitting their proposal. Site
visits will only be held on May 5, 6 and 8 during regular business hours 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.

Note: Any questions relating to the space itself will be allowed at the site visit. However, questions of any other nature, including questions related to specific requirements for the RFP and
selection process should be forwarded in writing to the BC Assessment Contact person designated above. BC Assessment reserves the right to post questions and answers on the BC Bid website.
