The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, and services required to complete the work as described within all associated procurement documents and as shown on the project drawings and indicated within the Specifications. All work must be planned and executed in Phases and each Phase must be reviewed and approved by the Departmental Representative prior to commencement. All work is to be performed after hours, from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday. Day work may be permitted on weekends and statutory holidays subject to prior written approval. Scaffolding, if used, must be certified, and comply with all applicable safety standards. All electrical work must be certified.
