Notice of Proposed Procurement to announce the Request for Proposal for Fisheries and Oceans Canada under Supply Arrangement (SA) EN578-26-0567 for IT/IM Research and Advisory Services.
Suppliers qualified under PSPC SA #EN578-26-0567 are eligible to submit Offers.
The selected Offeror(s) will provide research and advisory services to support DFO"s digital modernization, business transformation, law enforcement innovation, and data stewardship objectives,
delivering analysis and consultations tailored to the distinct needs of executives (Tier 1), middle management (Tier 2), and operational teams (Tier 3).
