This RFP applies to and governs the preparation of Proposals for the Contract listed above. The Contract is generally for the following work: Construction - RW064 Retaining Wall & Associated Utilities Replacement

Removal of existing RW064 retaining wall, and construction of a new MSE retaining wall. Replacement of existing AC watermain with new C900 Watermain.

A pre-proposal site meeting date: 10 AM PST, May 4th, 2026. The site address: 2053 McLeod Ave, Rossland, BC. V0G1Y0. Attendance at a meeting or visit will be at the discretion of the Proponents, but Proponents who do not attend will be deemed to have received all of the information made available to attendees.
