Description

The Cape Breton Regional Municipality (CBRM) is in need of contractor services to perform infrastructure upgrades including replacement of approximately 835 meters of water main, and a full depth rebuild of the road (Asphalt & Gravels) on Ellsworth Avenue, New Waterford (Webb"s Lane to Ling Street). A portion of the Waterline work will be completed on Trunk 28 of NSDPW roadway which is coordinated with work being done by the province.
