Description

Supply Ontario has amended its existing Microsoft Select Plus Agreement for a period of up to three (3) years beginning on or about October 2026 with Microsoft. Supply Ontario is seeking a License Solution Provide (Reseller). The Reseller will be required to provide the Deliverables under the Select Plus Agreement to coincide with the anticipated extension beginning on or about October 2026.

Please note that the Term of the VOR arrangement is conditional upon any arrangement which the Supply Ontario establishes with Microsoft. Should such arrangements be modified the Supply Ontario may be required to modify the VOR arrangement accordingly.

The proposed VOR arrangement will be mandatory for all Ontario Government Ministries and agencies covered by the OPS Procurement Directive regardless of value. The VOR arrangement will be made available on an optional basis to Non-OPS Organizations through the Microsoft Select Plus Agreement.
