Event Note

Proponents are to meet at the Front Lobby of the Building and are to ensure that they register their name and title as well as their company name with BGIS.

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 in the ITT document. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative is permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS representative at 1 Brookdale Avenue, Cornwall, Ontario. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email, and on behalf of their authorized representative including sub-contractors, to the procurement specialist named in this ITT (rajesh.gupta@bgis.com) by the date indicated in item 2.6.15 (April 16, 2026 before 2:00 pm) to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. For mandatory site visits, Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda. Bidders cannot use a representative from another Bidder as its authorized representative to attend the site visit.

Appendix A: Security Requirements at page 21 and 22 of Invitation to Tender (ITT) must be duly completed and submitted. It is also uploaded as a separate file.

Vendor must submit Bid Bond & Agreement to Bond/Consent to Surety or Bid Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit for Bid over $100,000.00 in Merx with the name of Obligee as “BGIS Global Integrated Solutions Canada LP”
