Scope of Work/Overview:
Replacement of the Infloor heating system in Room 140 of RCMP Selkirk Detachment. Contractor to follow all security requirements and the scope of work defined in the Specifications and drawings provided with bid package.
The work includes but not limited to:
.1 Disconnect and remove in floor heating system as indicated.
.2 Remove concrete slab, in floor heat loops, reinforcing steel and void form as indicated.
.3 Remove grade beams, trench drain and any existing void form. Remove any loose
concrete from grade beams as indicated and keep trench drain grate for re-use.
.4 Remove Sanitary line and leave stub from grade beams as indicated.
.5 Install new concrete floor slab as indicated.
.6 Install new concrete trench drain slab.
.7 Install new concrete grade beams.
.8 Reinstall existing trench grating.
.9 Install new in floor heat loops as indicated.
.10 Connect new in floor heat system at manifold.
.11 Refill system with hydronic fluid as needed.
.12 Connect new sanitary line to existing stubs as indicated.
.13 Install new sanitary line. Piping to be supported by structural slab as indicated.
.14 Install new cleanouts and drain trap. General contractor to follow all security requirements and tender specifications provided with bid package.
