Sealed Tenders properly marked as to contents and bearing the title of the Work addressed to the undersigned will be received until 11:00 A.M., local time, April 14, 2026.

The Work consists of improvements to approximately thirty municipal streets and generally includes the supply, installation and construction of approximately: 7700 tonnes of roadway asphalt, 37,000 square metres of cold milling, 23 lineal metres of storm sewer complete with catch basins, 2000 square metres of granular base and/or subbase construction, 1700 lineal metres of concrete curb and gutter, 1000 square metres of reinforced concrete sidewalk, reinstatement of roadway markings and site
restoration.

Specifications shall be obtained from Dillon Consulting Limited, upon payment of FIFTY DOLLARS NON-REFUNDABLE (which includes applicable HST). NOTE: To obtain the tender documents and be registered on the bidders list call 506-444-8820 or email vhaight@dillon.ca. Bidders must be registered on the bidders list to submit a tender. Original tender documents will be issued in electronic copy.

A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Municipal District of St. Stephen, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the Total Tender Price (including HST) must accompany each Tender.

Tender Documents will be on display at the Construction Association Offices in Saint John, Moncton and Fredericton. Portions of this project are cost shared with the New Brunswick Department of Transportation and Infrastructure under the Provincial Municipal Highway Program.

Tenders will be opened publicly at the Municipal Office as soon after the Tender Closing as possible.

The Municipal District of St. Stephen reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
