The town of Rothesay is seeking qualified Contractors to submit bids for Contract T-2026-001A: Asphalt Resurfacing 2026 which consists generally of the supply and placement of base gravels, base asphalt, seal asphalt, watermain, concrete curb, concrete sidewalk, a retaining wall, and associated items.

Each tender shall be submitted on or before the closing date of April 23, 2026 at 2:00 pm.
Bidders shall submit a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total tender price including HST in the form of Bid Bond, Certified Cheque or Cash.

Tender packages shall be purchased from Rothesay Town Hall Monday to Friday 8:00am until 12:00pm (noon) and 1:00pm until 4:30pm. Bidders must purchase tender packages from the Town in order to be included on registered bidders list and be eligible to submit a tender.
The cost for the tender package is $25. The acceptable methods of payment include cash, cheque or debit. The Town DOES NOT accept credit card payments.

The project shall be substantially completed on or before September 4, 2026.
