Description

The intent of this Request for Qualification (“RFQ”) is to solicit Submissions from Respondents interested in providing DESIGN-BUILD CONTRACTOR Services for following two schools:

Project 01: New K-6 School in Hawks Ridge NW Edmonton New K-6 school located in the Hawks Ridge community of NW Edmonton, will have a core capacity of 650 students and gross floor area of 5,473 m2

Project 02: Replacement of Norwood K-8 School in Wetaskiwin This replacement school will accommodate K-8 grades, with an opening capacity of 420 students. Total gross floor area is 3,978 m2. The replacement school will be located on the existing school site, that will remain open for the 2026 – 2027 school year. Demolition of existing school will form part of the phasing plan for construction as the new bus loop/drop off will be situated where the existing school building stands.
