Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Playground Lifecycle Replacement (Hodgson Park Playground)

This project includes but is not limited to the removal and replacement of an existing playground structure and sand surface within an existing dedicated park space located at 46 Heritage Drive, St. Albert AB Overall, the Work includes but is not limited to:

Removal of existing playground equipment and structural components
Removal of existing sand surfacing
Removal of existing site furniture
Review existing drainage infrastructure
Design and placement of new playground equipment to CSA standards
Placement of new site furniture
Repair/Rehabilitation of adjacent asphalt trail and landscaping
Maintenance/Warranty Period.
