INVITATION TO TENDER
.1 Sealed tenders will be received by Stantec Architecture Ltd. until 3:00 p.m., April 9, 2026, at 1133 St. George Boulevard, Suite 350 Moncton, NB E1E 4E1 and pricing may be amended by email before close for the following project:

.2 Plans, Specifications, Tender Documents and other information, must be obtained from Stantec Architecture Ltd., 1133 St. George Boulevard, Suite 350 Moncton, NB, E1E 4E1. Electronic documents (PDF Format) will only be distributed upon contractors" requests by contacting Michele Mikic by email at michele.mikic@stantec.com with pricing amendments emailed to this same address before tender close if needed.

.3 Site access for the purpose of reviewing existing conditions is restricted. Access to site must be coordinated with Juanita Tompkins at (506) 874-9421 juanita.tompkins@horizonnb.ca. Site visit will be conducted for all contractors on Tuesday March 24, 2026 at 10:30AM Garfield Street Parking Lot - The Moncton Hospital.
.4 Tender Documents will be available for viewing at the Northeast Construction Association.
.5 General Contractor"s Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tendered quotation.
.1 Tenders submitted in response to this invitation to tender shall be dealt with in accordance with the following terms and conditions,
.2 The Owner will not necessarily accept any tender for award of the Contract.
.3 In making the decision to award the Contract pursuant to this invitation to tender the Owner will take into account:
.1 The history of work performance of each tenderer on similar or different types of work in prior Contracts with the Owner.
.2 The tenderer"s qualifications to perform the Work, the quality of the tenderer"s past work, the tenderer"s financial capability to do the Work and the competence of the tenderer.
.6 The lowest bid may not always be the one accepted by the Owner.
