Cybera, through its ShareIT program, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for a Commercial Off-the-Shelf AI-powered Chatbot solution to support Participating Members across the K–12, post-secondary, and municipal sectors. The intent of this NRFP is to identify a configurable, scalable, and secure chatbot platform. The solution must be vendor-supported (not custom-built), with the flexibility to meet the individual needs of Participating Members.
