Sealed bids will be received by School District No. 49 (Central Coast) for: SHEARWATER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 2026 HVAC UPGRADE



A physical site tour is NOT scheduled for prospective bidders for this project. A Virtual Site Walkthrough is scheduled however, to allow the Owner and the Consultant to explain the scope of work, contractual obligations and allow bidders to raise questions pertinent to their bids. The virtual site walkthrough is mandatory for Bidders intending to bid as Prime Contractors.

The virtual site walkthrough is scheduled for Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Contractors wanting access to the conference call are to e-mail the mechanical consultant (email noted above) no later than 5:00 PM on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, and will be given information as to how to access the conference.
