The mandatory site visit will start promptly at 10:00:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at James Bay Community School (main entrance), 140 Oswego St., Victoria, B.C. Only Contractors (or their delegates) that attend this site visit can bid on this project.
