Description

The purpose of this Single Use Request for Qualifications (“SURFQ”) is to qualify service providers to participate in a subsequent solicitation process (if one is issued) for the delivery of Services at WorkBC Centres (“WorkBC Centres” or “Services”) in each of 41 geographic catchments (“Catchments”) throughout British Columbia.

WorkBC Centre Contractors will provide employment supports and services through WorkBC physical locations (“Storefronts”) to individuals, employers and communities in BC to enable Participants to prepare for, find, secure, and maintain meaningful employment aligned with their skills, interests, and goals.
At the conclusion of the SURFQ process, the Province may issue a Solicitation or other competitive process inviting Qualified Respondents (as Proponents) to submit proposals for the delivery of WorkBC Centres, with the intention of identifying a single successful Proponent for each Catchment to whom a Contract may be awarded. Only Qualified Respondents will be sent and may respond to a subsequent Solicitation, if any.
