Claystone Waste Limited Partnership (Claystone), through its general partner, Claystone Waste Ltd. (Claystone), provides leading waste management, waste collection and landfill services for residential communities and businesses in central Alberta. Claystone started as Beaver Regional Waste Management Services Commission. It converted to a municipally controlled corporation in September 2020. All of Claystone’s activities are executed on behalf of Claystone Waste Limited Partnership. For more information, visit www.Claystonewaste.com Claystone (“the Company”) invites qualified compensation consulting firms to submit proposals to conduct a comprehensive compensation review covering two legal entities operating under one umbrella organization, each with operations in two distinct geographic regions. The purpose of this project is to evaluate the Company’s current pay grid structures, assess market competitiveness, and analyze total compensation offerings (including benefits, pension plans, RRSP programs, and other rewards). Claystone presents RFP No. CWL-2026-HR001 with the intent of retaining a qualified compensation consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive compensation review for CWL and CWOL. The review will include assessment of pay grids, market competitiveness, job levelling, incentive programs, and will provide strategic recommendations to support internal equity, attraction, and retention across the entire organization.
