Description

Forestry and Parks has a requirement for the supply of a ready to move (RTM) house or a stick-built home for a staff member at the Cold Lake Fish Hatchery new residence project.

This RFP is seeking a qualified Proponent to build (as per attached design specifications) a modern, ready to move (RTM) or stick built residential single-family home that is a sustainable and efficient. In addition, there is a full legal secondary suite in the basement and an attached garage to accommodate Hatchery staff’s needs.
