Description

The Project consists of a multi-year water meter replacement program involving the removal and replacement of existing water meters at residential and commercial properties within the Town of Diamond Valley.

The program will include, but is not limited to:
• Replacement of existing water meters with new Town supplied water meters
• Potential replacement of isolation valves where existing valves are non functional or deemed unsuitable
• Coordination of access to private properties, including communication with homeowners, tenants, and business operators
• Ongoing communication and reporting to the Town regarding progress, issues, and scheduling
• Maintenance of accurate records for all meter exchanges completed

The Town will supply the Contractor with available customer contact information, meter locations, water meters, and known site constraints. The Contractor will be responsible for managing all field operations and customer interactions required to successfully complete the meter exchanges.
