Halifax Harbour Bridges (HHB), a division of Link Nova Scotia, manages and maintains the critical cross-harbour infrastructure that allows Halifax to be the preeminent economic centre in Atlantic Canada. HHB operates two suspension bridges in Halifax, Nova Scotia: the Angus L. Macdonald Bridge (ALM), opened in 1955, and the A. Murray MacKay Bridge (AMM), opened in 1970.
