Notice is hereby given by the BC Rapid Transit ("Skytrain") of its intent to contract with Pacific Veritas Consulting Ltd for Project Control Advisory on Broadway Subway Project to BCRTC’s CMBP Division.

BCRTC is issuing this NOI for the following reasons:
The anticipated term of the contract is from May 29, 2024 to December 31, 2024 with a maximum value of &48,000.00. BCRTC wishes to extend this contract to December 31, 2026, with two (2) options to extend the Agreement. This Extension will increase the Maximum value to $135,000.00.
