Proponents are to submit a proposal package including all disciplines" preliminary drawings, bills of materials with detailed specifications. The proposal package shall include all the aspects of the supply and installation of the proposed pre-engineered buildings and the mechanical systems, electrical and control systems, process systems and associated costs.
