Description

The City of Calgary (“The City”) requires qualified Suppliers with whom to establish a long-term, cost and quality agreement for various services on a variety of make and model Equipment (see schedules). At times, Fleet & Inventory Maintenance is not able to provide service for these assets. In order to keep units operational for Fleet & Inventory’s customers, 3rd parties are required to provide these services.

There is also a need for most warranty work to be done at OEM locations, which can result in maintenance costs to the City. Fleet & Inventory requires suppliers to perform this overflow work when needed.

This RFP has the following Schedules:
Schedule A – Powerflusher Equipment manufactured by Joe Johnson Equipment
Schedule B – Powerflusher Equipment manufactured by Westvac
Schedule C – Hydrovactor Equipment
