This Request for Proposals is for a one (1) year contract with the option to renew for three (3), one (1) year extensions for bi-annual maintenance work, primarily cleaning out accumulated septage in the drying beds (the Beds), adjacent to the Town of Creston’s Wastewater Treatment Plant:

The quote provided shall include rate sheets, with an overall “per-task” rate for the following tasks:
1. Outgoing Excavation WITH Back haul.
2. Outgoing Excavation WITHOUT Back haul.
3. Backhauling of chips only.
4. Moving chips supplied on site.
5. Replace the Fines Screen.
6. Inspect the empty bed for any damages
