REQUEST FOR INFORMATION AND QUALIFICATIONS Consulting Services for Environmental, Water Resources and Civil Engineering

The Village of Harrison Hot Springs (the Village) is looking to select experienced and qualified consulting firms to provide environmental, Water Resources and civil engineering services through a Request for Information and Qualifications (RFIQ). The Village invites qualified consultants to respond to one or more categories which will be evaluated through a Qualification-Based Selection (QBS).

Proponents are requested to submit a proposal demonstrating their expertise in one or more of the following service categories:
•Environmental Studies, Permitting, and Planning
•Water Resources - Design, Consultation and Water Management
•Civil Engineering Design, Studies, and Planning

The purpose of this RFIQ is to establish a shortlist of qualified firms eligible to provide consulting services to the Village under the categories listed below. The resulting shortlist will remain in effect for a two‑year term beginning in 2026.
