The City of North Vancouver is requesting responses to this Request for Proposal from qualified consultants for the provision of professional services to conduct a land inventory and capacity analysis for institutional, commercial, and industrial uses to support a comprehensive update to CNV’s Zoning Bylaw and inform potential future Official Community Plan updates.

The intent of this study is to provide CNV with:
• a better understanding of growth trends affecting land use patterns;
• the result of these trends on demand for developable land; and,
• the capacity of the developable land to meet projected demand while
ensuring alignment with conservation and sustainability objectives.
