Description

The City of Lloydminster seeks the services of a qualified Contractor with expertise in Mechanical and HVAC Systems. The Contractor shall provide a heating, ventilation, air-conditioning (HVAC) maintenance and repair program for the facility. The Work will include a preventative maintenance program which will include, but not be limited to, the inspection, repair, programming and other tasks and services necessary to ensure safe, well maintained mechanical/HVAC systems providing quality air for the building users. The equipment is new and most warranties are in place until August 2026.

A Mandatory Pre-Proposal site meeting will be held on March 25, 2026 @ 1:00:00 PM at the Cenovus Energy Hub to discuss project parameters and to take questions from potential Vendors. Interested Vendors can email the Project Owner prior to the meeting to request attendance. Attendance by Vendors at this meeting is Mandatory. Minutes of items discussed during the meeting and responses to any questions will be distributed via Addendum and will form part of the RFP package.
