The intent of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to select a professional consultant to enter into an agreement with the City to provide expertise, facilitation, analysis, and strategic planning services required to deliver the CSWB Plan. The CSWB Plan will provide a coordinated, evidence-based framework to improve community safety, reduce risk and harm, strengthen collaboration among service providers, and enhance quality of life for residents. The Plan will reflect a preventative, upstream approach and incorporate social development, service coordination, and place-based safety strategies, including Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED).
