The Town of Picture Butte is seeking a qualified facilitator to lead a two-day strategic planning session with Council and senior Administration in October, 2026 (dates can be finalised with consultant).

The purpose of the session is to:
• Confirm/Review/Amend the current vision and mission statement
• Identify key strategic goals for the next 4 years (4 – 5 strategic goals)
• Develop a realistic action plan with measurable milestones or outcomes that show success in achieving the stated goals (4- 6 outcomes per goal) This is intended to be a focused, working session resulting in a concise, actionable Strategic Plan.
