Strathcona County (the County) is giving Notice of Intent to enter into a 5-year contract with Rocky Mountain Phoenix Inc. (Rocky Mountain) for Fire Bull fire fighting foam (Fire Bull) supply. The County requires the supply of Fire Bull for use on the County’s fire apparatus.
