Selkirk College seeks a qualified Interior Design Consultant to create a college-wide Interior Design Standard for future capital and renovation projects

Site Visit A self-guided site visit is recommended, at Proponent’s convenience. Contractors, and their subcontractors (as required), are recommended to become familiar with the sites and existing conditions prior to submitting a bid and to make sufficient allowances for conditions related to the work. Claims for an increase in Contract Price or Contract Time arising from observable conditions will be rejected by the Owner. In the case of a mandatory site visit, those not attending and those who arrive later than the published meeting time will be ineligible to bid.
