PURPOSE / SCOPE OF WORK:

The work consists of the reconstruction of Elmwood Drive from Lewisville Road to Massey Avenue. The work includes and is not limited to the construction of some combined sewer and some storm sewer, water main, street improvements including new concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, multi-purpose trail, retaining walls, traffic signals, asphalt, and landscaping.
