Sealed tenders, clearly marked as to contents, for the construction of the above works which consist of asphalt patching at locations indicated within the town of Bouctouche, will be received until 11:00 a.m., Thursday, March 26, 2026 by:

Tender packages may be obtained at the above noted address.

A public opening of tenders will take place at the Town of Grand-Bouctouche office
immediately following the close of the tendering period. No award will be made at the tender opening. Tender procedures will be in accordance with the Construction Remedies Act, SNB
2020, c 29.

A bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum made payable to
the Town of Grand-Bouctouche must accompany each tender.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Any submission received after the date and time limit indicated will be rejected.
