Description

REFRIGERATION AND AIR CONDITIONING COMPONENTS - INSTALLATION



The project entails the provision of all building, labour and materials for the
Arthur-J-LeBlanc Arena, AHU Addtion, Dieppe, NB, all in accordance with the
Specifications and Drawings.

SUMMARY OF WORK
.1 The work will take place at Arthur-J-Leblanc Arena at 432 Melanson Rd, Dieppe,
NB. The Owner is adding a new dehumidification unit installed on a structural steel
stand at the back side of the property.
.2 This contract calls for the removal of two existing dehumidification units, piping &
controls.
.3 The contractor will provide for rigging and crane services for removal of existing
units and placement of new unit.
.4 In removing existing units, the contractor will be responsible for the removal,
recovery and disposal of existing refrigerant prior to removing ceiling suspended
units.
.5 Controls: It is the intent that the new dehumidification system will be supplied
complete with factory controllers (BACnet compatible). The dehumidification
system will integrate to the existing "WebCTRL" Building Management Control
System by "Automated Logic".
.6 Electrical: Modifications to the distribution panel and new power feed to suit the
mechanical improvements.
