The Town of Riverview invites tenders for:

Contract name: Street Paving, Curb and Sidewalk Work - Hillsborough Road,
Contract No. 26-511.

Tender Closing Date and Time: Friday March 20, 2026 - 11:30 A.M.

Specifications, drawing and tender forms shall be acquired from the tender notice under "Attachments" on the tender notice advertisement on the New Brunswick Opportunities Network website. It is the tenderer"s responsibility to download, print the tender document and tender form, including issued addendum(s) during tender period.

A bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tender price must accompany each
tender.

All bidders shall submit their Letter of Good Standing under the Certificate of Recognition program issued by the NBCSA or an acceptable equivalent with their tender package.

Completed tenders must be received at the Town of Riverview"s Town Hall, 30 Honour House
Court, Riverview, N.B. prior to the closing time for tenders on the date indicated in the
above table. There will be no public tender opening following the tender closing. The preliminary assessment results will be posted on NBON under "tender results" following the tender closing.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
