PURPOSE / SCOPE OF WORK:

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to invite submissions from qualified professional firms with demonstrated experience to provide a Proposal, in compliance with the Terms and Conditions, Terms of Reference, and Appendices stated herein, to develop a functional space program and provide all required architectural and engineering design, drawings and specifications for the construction of an expansion on the existing Codiac Transpo facility, and associated site services for the
expansion. The intent of the expansion of the building is to provide storage for 20 buses. The successful Proponent shall also provide all associated construction administration and management services required.

This is a tender notice only. In order to submit a bid, you must obtain official tender documents from the New Brunswick Opportunities Network, another authorized tendering service or as indicated in the tender notice.
