This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Build Nova Scotia (“BNS”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Comprehensive Professional Design Consulting Services for Halifax Infirmary Essential Integrations (“HIEI”), as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). This RFP is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Public Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual.
