Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan requests solution-based proposals for replacement of the heating and cooling system at the Killiney Beach Community Hall and Fire Hall located 514 Udell Road, Vernon, BC. The replacement work will require the selected contractor to work with the District and tenants of the building, in order to accommodate tenant activities during the onsite HVAC works.

Respondents to this RFP are therefore required to attend the Place of the Work and physically view the existing HVAC systems and buildings, prior to execution of a contract. Respondents are strongly encouraged to attend the Site Meeting in order to achieve this.
