Description

Sole source is proposed to PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP for their continuing services as AFSC’s strategic partner for our AFSC Connect future program requirements. PWC was the selected proponent through a competitive procurement process in 2018 for the AFSC Connect 2.0 initiative (RFP 0545) as AFSC’s implementation partner. The initial term of the agreement is expiring with current and further future programs to be completed and implemented. AFSC procurement have completed an assessment that explores regulatory and legal implications of such decision under Canadian procurement law and applicable trade agreements and recognize that our decision is suitable to exercise the exceptions under limited tendering under the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
