Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the County of Grande Prairie (“the County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals to provide services to complete the West Clairmont Area Structure Plan (ASP) Update and Expansion

The Project involves a comprehensive update of the existing West Clairmont Area Structure Plan, originally adopted in 2008, and an expansion of the ASP boundary to include S-22-72-6-W6 which includes additional County - and Province-owned lands legally described as NE-22-72-6-W6 and NW-23-72-6-W6 creating a single, cohesive statutory plan. The updated ASP will establish a unified, long-term statutory planning framework to guide future land use, subdivision, servicing, infrastructure, and development within the planning area.
