This request for Proposal is an invitation to interested parties to make a submission for the provision of enhanced security services in support of its retail operations across the province. The objective of this engagement is to deter and reduce incidents of retail theft through effective, professional, and adaptive security measures.
Proponents are encouraged to propose innovative service delivery approaches that will yield measurable results in reducing theft and improving overall store security. The scope of work will include the deployment of unarmed, uniformed, and plain-clothes security officers, with methods of operation tailored to the specific needs and risk profile of each store location.
The initial contract term will be for one (1).
Submission is required no later than 1:30 PM March 10, 2026, all documentation may be viewed at www.anbl.com and https://anbl.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities free of charge. All submissions are accepted through Bonfire electronically, there will be no public openings, the question period will be from the time of posting until 4:30 PM local time February 24, 2026 and responses will be posted on the Bonfire platform not later than February 27, 2026 by issuing an addendum.
Submissions will be accepted in either English or French
