This solicitation is for the requirement of one Marine Crane. There is no security associated with this requirement. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement. The responsive offer with the lowest price and meeting all mandatory technical criteria will be recommended for award of a contract. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Delivery date is March 31st, 2026. There is no Comprehensive Land Claims Areas. The mandatory technical criteria are in the offer solicitation. Offers may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
