Purpose of the RFP
The Northwest Regional Service Commission wishes to receive proposals to support the development of a plan leading toward the sustainability and autonomy of the Eat Fresh NorthWest program, taking into account territorial, organizational, and community realities.
Proposals must take into account the specifications outlined in the attached appendix. In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions, the French version shall prevail.
