Sealed bids will be received by Village of Bois-Joli until 2:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, March 17, 2026, in the Bid Deposit Box located at 1447 Ave. des Pionniers, Balmoral, NB, E8E 1J9 for Project No. 7395, Lift Station No. 3 Replacement, Rue d" glise, Eel River Crossing, NB.

In general, the work consists of decommissioning an existing sewage lift station and the supply and installation of a new duplex submersible sanitary sewage pumping station on rue d` glise.

Bid documents may be obtained only at the office of Boissonnault McGraw, 334 Dover Street, Campbellton, NB E3N 3M6, Tel.: (506) 789-1225 upon depositing the sum of one hundred dollars ($150.00) HST included, per bid set in the form of a certified cheque or cash payable to BOISSONNAULT McGRAW. Cost of tendering documents is non-refundable. Bid documents will be on display at the offices of Boissonnault McGraw, the Village of Bois-Joli and at the Construction Association Offices of Moncton,
Fredericton, and Saint-John.

Only Bidders who have obtained the Bid Documents directly from Boissonnault McGraw shall be eligible to submit a bid for this project.

Tenders must be accompanied by the required amount of Security Deposit in the form of Surety (Bid) Bond in the amount of ten per cent (10%). Surety (Bid Bond) shall be made payable to the Village of Bois-Joli.

Contractors are encouraged to attend a pre-tender meeting that will be held at 2:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at Lift Station Site, rue de d` glise, Eel River Crossing. This will be the only opportunity for review of existing site conditions with the Owner and the Consultant. The pretender meeting is not mandatory.
