The Town of Diamond Valley invites qualified Proponents to develop a new, user‑friendly Land Use Bylaw (LUB) that implements the Town’s new Municipal Development Plan (2025) and supports clear, consistent subdivision and development decisions. The LUB will provide citizens and businesses with requirements for future subdivisions and developments, with the aim of creating a high-quality community in which to live, work, play, and learn.
